Japan is extremely reluctant to accept immigrants. I think it is partly because the history of single race in Japan is too long and is partly because the government may be too afraid that Japan become a hot-bed of international crime. This is one of the reasons illegal immigrants in Japan has increased.
<br><br>
To make immigrant procedure easier is a way of reducing illegalimmigrants.　By 2025, one in four people in Japan will be 65. It is said that Japan will need 600,000 immigrants every year to keep the current workforce. The government should take it sericously and acceptmore immigrants legally, which will not only decrease the number of illegal immigrants but also be one solution for the future workforce problem.

In Western countries, such numbers as 13 or 666 are considered
unlucky numberss under the influence of Christianity. In Japan, the numbers four and nine are disliked.
<br><br>
The reason lies in the sound four and nine have. four is called "yon" or "shi", and the sound "shi" evokes "death". Because four and death are the homonym in Japanese.
<br><br>
Nine is called "kyuu" or "ku ", and the sound "ku" evokes "pain ". Because nine and pain are the homonym in Japanese.
<br><br>
For these reasons, the numbers four and nine are regarded as unlucky numbers in Japan.

Now 85% of the world's energy demand depends on such fossil fuels as coal, petroleum, and natural gas. However, we are now entering an era when we should consider seriously the substitute energies to take over fossil fuels.
<br><br>
Firstly, we should realize the fact that fossil fuels aren't infinite. For example petroleum will be exhausted in about forty years. Natural gas will be exhausted in about sixty years. Considering the limited fossil fuels, we have to find out substitute energies immediately.
<br><br>
Secondly, we must ponder the problem of the environment caused by the fossil fuels. When the fossil fuels burn, such toxic substances as CO2, NO, and SO2, which cause global warming, acid rain, and breathing disorder. Considering this fact, substitute energies are needed.
<br><br>
Now such substitute energies as biomass, solar energy generation, wind power generation, and geothermal power generation have been studied. However, considering the cost, it will take a certain time to make them in wide use. I think the most tangible measure is atomic power generation. There are fewer atomic power plants in Japan than in other countries out of concern over the safety, but Japan should have more atomic power plants to deal with the energy problem.

For a long time, Japanese didn’t have a custom to eat while walking. And, it is also because that Japanese like to carry something ceremonial in everything, even in a style of eating. They are taught table manners strictly and told not to eat while standing.

Therefore, it is difficult for many Japanese to accept this eating style.

Even after their children have grown up, their mothers think it necessary to be with their children and may take it granted that their children are with them.
<br><br>
Their children may also take it granted that they are looked after by their mothers. They are with their parents because it's convenient and confortable. This is the main reason for the advent of so-called “parasite singles.”
<br><br>
I think this tendency isn’t good. Parasite singles should notice that they must stand up with their own feet and must live without their parents’ help. At the same time, their parents should stop overprotection of them.

I think it is because the husband is too busy to manage the family budget. Or, it may be because some husbands think it under their dignities. But I see an exception near me. I have two brothers-in-law,and they manage the family budget. The conventional style that husbands work outside to get money and wives manage the money is getting obsolete rapdly. As the number of wives who work outside has been increasing, the number of husbands who manage the family budget will also increase from now on.

Some countries such as China and Korea are against the Prime Minister's visit to Yasukuni, but it can be nothing but the interference in Japan's domestic affairs.
<Br><Br>
If the main reason they deny the Prime Minister's visit to Yasukuni is that A-grade war criminals are also enshrined, it is possible that they enshrine them in other places. It seems to be difficult and no one might have no illusion that this can solve all the problems, but it must be worth a try.

The name "Yokohama Bay Bridge" was given to the bridge, refering to the San Francisco Bay Bridge. It is a kind of expressway.
<Br><Br>
The construction of the Yokohama Bay Bridge started in 1980 and was completed in 1989. With the length of 860m, the Yokohama Bay Bridge is an imporatnt transport route to deal with traffic jams in the urban areas.
<Br><Br>
The Yokohama Bay Bridge has a pedestrian mall called "Yokohama Skywalk", which extends to the observation deck.
<Br><Br>
When the bridge was opened to traffic, parking a car on the side of the bridge was banned. However, too many people parked their cars there to see the nightview of Yokohama, which caused traffic problems.

In Western countries, such numbers as 13 or 666 are considered
unlucky numbers under the influence of Christianity. In Japan, the numbers four and nine are disliked.
<br><br>
The reason lies in the sound four and nine have. four is called "yon" or "shi", and the sound "shi" evokes "death". Because four and death are the homonym in Japanese.
<Br><Br>Nine is called "kyuu" or "ku ", and the sound "ku" evokes "pain". Because nine and pain are the homonym in Japanese.
<Br><Br>
For these reasons, the numbers four and nine are regarded as unlucky numbers in Japan.
